A Schuylerville man is accused of forcibly raping a 70-year-old woman in her home in May. State police said Jeffrey A. Tollison, 43, of 7 Burgoyne St., entered the woman's home in Northumberland and subjected her to forcible sexual contact. The woman was injured in the attack, troopers said, and was treated and released from Saratoga Hospital.
