City Accounts Commissioner John Franck wants the entire Saratoga Springs Housing Authority’s board of commissioners to be replaced, saying it has neglected its duties and possibly violated public housing laws. Time to clean house @ SSHA. That should include ALL staff whether management, secretarial or maintenance. All have bowed down to the almighty Spychalski and did not step in to say anything about the mismanagement of the agency so it's time for all to go. Ignoring the state's demand because you don't think it important enough on your agenda is not a good enough excuse.
