Glenville teen accused of threatening teacher with pencil

Saratoga Springs police arrested a 17-year-old Glenville student Wednesday after he allegedly threatened a teacher with a sharpened pencil at the F. Donald Myers BOCES Education Center on Henning Road. Police said Emerick J.
