What's sad regardless of season is that there are next to no available parking spots for the disabled. I discussed this with a merchant just last week. If I'm not able to locate anything near my destination, I have to drive back to Sch'dy.

If one took the bus from Schenectady (only $1.50; you can't purchase the GAS for that!) you wouldn't need a parking space, whether disabled or not. Buses run hourly from early morning untii 9:35 northbound. I think the last southbound is about midnight.

Why worry if visitors can't find free lots? They'll pay, and residents (already supporting parking with their taxes) can get first dibs on the free spaces.
