2 districts get grants to aid struggling schools

Grant funding announced Monday will help educators at the Broadalbin-Perth Middle School learn to pinpoint topics their students need extra help with and then find ways to address them. Broadalbin-Perth is among 15 districts sharing in a total of $2.2 million in funding from the state Education Department’s “Commissioner’s Schools” program.
