Advertising firm celebrates opening of downtown Schenectady home

Potratz Partners Advertising celebrated its grand reopening Thursday at 31 Lafayette St. with a ribbon-cutting hosted by the Chamber of Schenectady County.

Company founder and CEO Paul Potratz purchased the three-story building, which encompasses about 25,000 square feet of office and warehouse space, for $600,000 from Schenectady-based Benchemark Printing last year.
