Gloversville woman allegedly violated order

A city woman is facing a felony charge following an altercation on Sunday, according to a release from the Gloversville Police Department. Samantha J. Pryszmant, 22, of 68 Freemont St., was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. Police allege that Pryszmant injured a family member she had been ordered by the court to stay away from. Pryszmant was arraigned in City Court and sent to the Fulton County Jail.
