Rensselaer County DA McNally leading race in 3rd Judicial District

Rensselaer County District Attorney Richard J. McNally is poised to become a Supreme Court justice in the state’s 3rd Judicial District. Only 36 percent of precincts had reported election results for that district as of press time Tuesday night.
