A suspended Johnstown police officer has been accused of pulling his firearm and pointing it at one or more officers as they tried to arrest him on a felony rape charge Sept. 19. wow. and it only took seven weeks for this incident to surface? generally we never hear about cop vs. cop things unless they really, really want to get rid of the cop

At least they handed it off to Saratoga County. If they handed it over to Hamilton County there would have been no indictment. Like when the Drunk State Cop ran over the kid in Broadalbin, and took off leaving him for dead.
