Stillwater police have arrested a 10-year-old and a 9-year-old in connection with a burglary and nearly $9,000 worth of vandalism. Investigators say the two entered a property in the village and drove a tractor until it became disabled in a field; filled vehicle fuel tanks with water, oil and antifreeze; spray-painted several vehicles; and hit a boat repeatedly with an ax.
