Fourth person accused of gang assault in Schenectady beating

A fourth person has now been charged in a Sept. 26 group assault at State and Hulett streets, authorities said. Tito F. Garcia, 20, of 835 Emmett St., was arrested Wednesday and charged with one count each of first-degree assault and first-degree gang assault, both high-level felonies.
