Police charged an Amsterdam woman with petty larceny at the Dollar General store Thursday before arresting a Fulton County man accompanying her on a drug charge. Michael D. McDonald, 28, of 52 First Ave., Gloversville, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after officers found 3.7 grams of cocaine on him, according to the Gloversville Police Department.
