Time Warner Cable customers in the Capital Region will see some changes, beginning Tuesday, with regard to where they can find programming. Since this is a sports column, I will focus on the sports channels. The block of sports channels that had been in the 600 block on the digital cable box will be moving to the 300 and 400 sports.
