Jonathan Franzen to appear at Skidmore

Novelist and National Book Award winner Jonathan Franzen will speak at Skidmore College at 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3. Franzen will deliver the Frances Steloff Lecture at Skidmore College in Gannett Auditorium of Palamountain Hall, and read from his works. Admission is free. Skidmore will award an honorary doctorate to Franzen, who will be available to sign books after the formal program.
