State finalizes $2 million grant to convert Tryon Center to business park

State officials have approved a $2 million grant to help transform the former Tryon Residential Center into a technology park and business incubator for Fulton County. The grant was among six around the state worth $6.2 million that were finalized by Empire State Developmentā€™s board of directors Wednesday.
