Police arrested a Greenfield man on a number of felony charges after he allegedly struck a person and then brandished a folding knife during a fracas at the Vanderbilt Terrace apartments Monday. Richard M. Capone was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal contempt, and first-degree burglary with threatened use of a dangerous instrument, all felonies.
