John Osterlitzthe just the fact that a deceased persons relative may not be willed a legally owned firearm to a qualified family member tells me that this is a backdoor gun grab as in just a few generations all of the guns would be confiscated by the state. This is also without compensation by the state for the value of the weapons which could be in the thousands of dollars thereby cheating a person out of their rightly inheritance.
