The vacant Tobin's site would be an excellent place for an IKEA store, but not a casino.

Oh this is great news....just like the movie studio..and condos....what a great idea...Schenectady is moving forward. May be we can give the developers all our money like we have been as a gift that keeps on giving every tax quarter!! No mention of the movie studio...

This should be a slam dunk. The revenue,jobs,taxes, tourist money for the city and getting rid of an eyesore next to the river all add up to a big yes.dave hine
