It’s Labor Day, which some call unofficial end of summer. Don’t you believe it. This time of year I try my hardest to pretend that summer will never end. Sure the kids are going back in school, but can’t we go swimming in the lake a few more times? Keep wearing shorts and riding our bikes? Keep picking corn and tomatoes? Forever? OK. Not forever.
