Horse racing: O'Neill banned from Breeders' Cup

Trainer Doug O’Neill has been barred from this year’s Breeders’ Cup.
An agreement between the trainer and the New York State Gaming Commission (NYSGC) that would’ve allowed him to train horses in the Breeders’ Cup was thwarted on Friday when the BC ruled that he will not be allowed to pre-enter horses for the event.
