Cheryl and Tracey might have been thinking of the holly and the ivy on the night they wore the scarlet and the emerald. The LaBelle ladies dressed in Christmas colors for the 1992 Victorian Ball in Saratoga Springs. Plenty of others will dress for the holidays tonight — it’s Christmas Eve. In 1992, kids like Justine, Carrie, Kayla and Jennifer wore yuletide hats. It had been a snowy December in the Capital Region, and some people dressed for trips with toboggans.
