Lets look at it this way, there is a job to do and if you have the habit that the budget is always late, few days or not, what does that say about the men and women involved, that they can never get the job done on time when it is to be done. What other areas will they lack in that will hinder the state from proceeding in a right way ? And how would there personal lifes be if they are always late about getting there business done ? " Just a thought "
Given what NYS has been through in the last few weeks, a little delay on the budget is acceptable. Paterson and Co. have hustled and are almost to deadline - what more can be expected!
