That is why so many people vote for Obama, they are unimformed yet they will argue for hours about how great he is. Good grief, people can be so ignorant.

I think the "no" votes are all liberals.

Stop tormenting us.

A collegue of mine said:
There are no liberals, no conservatives, no libertarians.

The purpose of this election is to keep America divided, not united.
And they know all the right buttons to push!

Wake up people.
We're all being played; played for a ship of fools.
Know what the difference is between Americans and Russians?
The Russians KNOW their government is lying to them.

This is a big charade. Welcome to the USSA.

Before you retort WmArincic--
I am NOT a democrat.

Stop belittling people, by the way.
It's such an old Karl Rove tactic that backfired with Gingrich et alia.
That Rove should be held accountable for destroying the civil discourse in politics.

Is there no honor in this country any more.
None. Pity the true believers.
All hail the name callers and finger pointers.

Remember: "Either your with us or against us." -George Bush
HEY! It worked! -- He got us to follow his sorry butt into the War Without End war.
Over 5000 GIs dead (that we know about).
And whart the heck are we still doing in Afghanistan, anyway?

All lies, lies, lies and more lies.

Try to be nice, Wm.

Sparkys dad, I have two children in the military. One 82nd Airborne and one 1/32nd Stryker battalian that is preparing to deploy.. I know all about the wars. I have also stood the Flagline at many funerals for our fallen soldiers around the state. I don't have much patience for being attacked by a person who's one and only post is to attack me. I was never a huge Bush supporter but I would much rather have him than Obama and I agree that we are in trouble as a country. My 1st choice of POTUS was Herman Caine although I really wish Allen West would have run.

Wm-- I apologize.
Comments in type do not convey emotion, passion or sarcasm well (if at all).

We have more in common than you think.
By the way-- my first post decrying DEBATES?? --was a direct response to the writer of the article not to you (sorry again).

My deepest respect and gratitude to you and your family. Using the word attacked (as you did in your previous comment) is a bit harsh and I feel responsible for triggering such an emotional response. No biggie.

Please convey my utmost respect and appreciation to your 2 children in service to our country. It's just that I, as so many other in our older age group have come to agree -- this whole war-thing, this whole lying government-thing, this whole in-your-face-fear mongering-thing is taking its toll on all of us.

Confidence is low.
It's been all so discouraging, really.
I went to vote in the McDonald-Marcione primary & showed up after work & the gal told me I was number three for the day. I only hoped more folks would show up and vote but I am not too hopeful. It's a bust.

Yet I'll still drag my sorry-a** but out and cast my vote.
It's the only power we got left, if at all. (*sigh*)

I know what you mean, I went and voted at the Mayors election at 4:30 in the afternoon last year in Schenectady and I was number 6. Granted they moved the polling place from City Hall to the back basement of the seniors projects on Broadway but still, number 6? no wonder McCarthy won.
