Bob has had various jobs in more than 20 years working at the Gazette, and now covers Mechanicville, Stillwater, Halfmoon and Waterford. He won two first-place writing awards from the New York State Associated Press Association for newspapers with circulation between 50,000 and 125,000. Bob also spent four years as a reporter at The Post-Star in Glens Falls, and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of New York University. He lives in Malta with his wife Barbara, a schoolteacher. They have three grown children.
