Biography:

Tom has been a member of The Gazette sports department since 1980, beginning as a sportswriter, covering high schools, colleges and auto racing, both on a local and national basis. He assumed responsibilities as assistant sports editor in 1995 and is responsible for daily production, including design and editing, as well as special sections. He was named sports editor in 2011.
