It is sad to hear of such a tragedy in our community, my condolences to the Mangar family on thier loss. I am some what shocked by Paul_Schenectady's comments. First of all you should reread your original comment. You made a harsh comment on the new residence that moved here from NYC. Schenectady is not crime free, as a matter of fact it was never crime free. It doesn't matter where we live their are people in this world who live their life only to do harm to others. I can't believe how you sugar coated your words in the last comment you wrote either. You need to stop your negative thinking and try to do things to improve your neighborhood instead of insulting people in our community. The residence that moved here with in the past few years are from numerous nationalities not just Guyanaese, They all moved here and improved this city drastically within the last few years. You should thank them instead of insulting them.
