Another fascinating column by the talented Mr. Johnson. Who knew there was a connection between the Dewey Decimal System and skiing? I didn't until I read it in The Gazette.

Great column. Phil again puts the reader in his shoes as he recounts the ski train experience. "Ski Lines" is a joy to read.

Just wanted to say thanks for a great column by Phil Johnson. I enjoy all your columns but Phil's coverage of ski events satisfies the inner skier in me. And I expect other readers feel the same. The Gazette is a must-read!
Yours truly,
A. Licht

Phil Johnson puts the reader in his shoes as he spotlights skiing events and participants. When reading his column detailing how freestyle skiing judges reach their decisions, the reader is more than informed-- he's right in the midst of the action. Looking forward to more reporting on the World Cup and Winter Olympics. And anything else Phil chooses to cover.
