Why is it now time for scrutiny of the governor's plan? It already passed.
Also, voters will not be approving the four upstate casino legislation. The statewide referendum deals only with a constitutional amendment that would allow up to seven non-indian live-table casinos in New York.
P.S. GREAT use of capital letters TO emphasize WHAT theme YOU ARE TALKING about.

I was on the lawn for the outdoor sportsmen rally and it got completely destroyed by the foot traffic on the wet ground. It was almost impossible for the land not to get damaged just by having thousands of people trudging over the vulnerable grass at that point.

There was nothing that a crowd of this magnitude could have done to prevent this damage, except not go on the dirt and grass.

As for the Occupy Albany movement, which included people raking up and taking care of their trash, it left almost no noticeable mark on the land. Additionally, they weren't there for the "winter months," as they got evicted a few days into winter and left.

How do people feel about current law, which requires the federal government to forgive loans in the case of death or disability? The federal government accounts for a majority of student loans.
