Janine Stuchin was tapped by the Prevention Council in Saratoga Springs to serve as its interim executive director.
A full press release on the announcement is available below.
The vacancy in the post was recently created when the previous director resigned in June after news came out that she had been arrested and charged with drunken driving several months earlier in Ticonderoga. The Prevention Council initially rejected the director's resignation, which they later apologized for.
