Housing authority drafts response to scathing audit
The Saratoga Springs Housing Authority used a combative tone in its corrective action plan responding to a tough audit from the state Comptroller's Office.

The audit questioned the SSHA's travel expenses, which included arriving days early and leaving days after work conferences. The plan defends the authority's spending practices.
