Late on Monday, football star Tim Tebow called a local high school student who is in the hospital.

How did Matt Hardy, who is in the hospital as the result of a car accident on Saturday night that claimed the lives of two friends, receive this attention?

This one bright moment after a couple tragic days was the result of a viral Twitter campaign urging Tebow to act. Below you can follow some of the evolution.
