A parade of local government officials are testifying today for the first Joint Legislative Public Hearing on the 2013-2014 proposed budget from Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

Notable speakers include New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Albany Mayor Gerald Jennings and Associations of Towns for the State of New York Michael McNulty, a former member of Congress from the capital Region.
