Saints stop Niagara

Another big win at home for the Siena men's basketball team tonight at Times Union Center. The Saints turned back Niagara, 66-62, and held the nation's scoring leader Antoine Mason, to 18 points, almost 10 below his average.

Siena is now 7-2 at home, 6-5 in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference and 10-12 overall.

The Siena women weren't as fortunate in the front end of the double-header, bowing to Manhattan, 62-55.

Meanwhile, the UAlbany women's team remained unbeaten in America East Conference play with a 66-51 come-from-behind win over host Stony Brook. Megan Craig had 18 points and 12 rebounds to help the Great Danes (8-0, 18-3) rally from an eight-point halftime deficit with 52 second-half points.
