Oscar's Smoke House on Rachael Ray show on Wednesday
Celebrity chef and talk show host Rachael Ray says whenever she’s back home — which is the Glens Falls-Lake George region — she always stops at Oscar’s Smoke House in Warrensburg.
If you’re a fan of Oscar’s too, you surely understand.
On Wednesday, Feb. 6 — on “The Rachael Ray Show,” which airs at 3 p.m. on WNYT channel 13, she sends Bert Kreischer, host of the Travel Channel’s “Trip Flip,” to experience Oscar’s for himself.
A publicity release from her show quotes Ray as saying, “I literally grew up in this place. I’ve been going there since I was in second grade. Every time I’m home, I stop in.”
Kreischer rejoins Ray in the studio to deliver his purchases, and Ray reveals her favorite Oscar items.
(They are bacon, bleu cheese and leg of lamb.)
