The first scheduled race on Thursday at Saratoga, 2 1/16-mile steeplechase, has been postponed until next week.

As a result, the first live race on Thursday will be the second, and its 1:35 p.m. post time will stay the same. It will remain as the second race for wagering purposes.

The jump race will be run as the opener of a 10-race card on Wednesday, July 30.
