SARATOGA SPRINGS -- Ramon Dominguez is the 2009 Saratoga Race Course riding champion.
Dominguez clinched his third straight New York meet title and first at Saratoga when he ran third with Boss Tiffany in today's fourth race, which just finished.
Alan Garcia, second in the standings to Dominguez, was off the board with Super Slash, leaving him seven behind with six mounts left.
Dominguez has 45 wins with seven mounts remaining.
