Union gets commitment from N.J. Junior Titans forward Walker

The Union College hockey team has received a verbal commitment from New Jersey Junior Titans forward Ryan Walker.

In 46 games this season, Walker had 46 goals and 90 assists.

The 5-foot-10, 170-pound Walker will join the Dutchmen in either the 2015-16 or 2016-17 season.

"Ryan is a real special kid," Titans coach George Haviland said on he team's website. "He has worked very hard and will work harder to capitalize on the opportunity he has earned. Its a great day for the program. Anybody that knows the Jr. Titan family loves Ryan and recognizes what a great teammate he is."
