Walmart hiring in Niskayuna

A Walmart opening in Niskayuna is looking to hire up to 95 employees, according to a news release.

The company is going to start accepting job applications at a temporary hiring center at 1136 N. Westcott Road. Interested applicants can stop by during business hours during weekdays or in the morning on Saturdays and can apply online.

Store Manager Juan Rivera said in a news release that the store will be hiring full-time and part-time employees. “We are excited to add the first Walmart Neighborhood Market to Upstate New York and bring good jobs with great career opportunities to the area,” he said.

Benefits are available to part-time and full-time employees.

New employees would start working in September to prepare the new store for its grand opening.
