An Amsterdam man was accused this week of using a stolen debit card at the Wal-Mart on Dutch Meadows Lane, police said.
Ryan P. Cionek, 26, of the Northway Mobil Trailer Park, Route 30, was charged with second-degree identity theft and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, both felonies.
Cionek is accused of using the card Jan. 6 at the store to purchase merchandise, police said.
Cionek was ordered held on a parole violation. His bail in the Glenville case was set at $3,500.
