State Police arrested a Queensbury man on a number of charges stemming from an alleged rape of a developmentally disabled teenage girl.

Mark G. O’Brien, 53, of Twicwood Lane, was charged with felony counts of second degree use of a child in a sexual performance, and second degree criminal sex act. He was arraigned on the charges in Queensbury Town Court and was remanded to the Warren County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash or $200,000 bond.

Investigators said O’Brien videotaped his rape of a 13-year-old mentally handicapped girl. They are continuing to investigate the attack and may charge O’Brien with additional crimes.

Police have asked that any victims or witnesses contact them at the Queensbury barracks or call 745 -1035.
