A portion of Ballard Road has been closed for more than an hour because of a fire at an auto parts yard.
The fire at Johnson’s Auto Crusher, 81 Ballard Road, was called in at 12:41 p.m., and an hour later the road was still closed east of the Exit 16 interchange, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department.
Many fire departments are on the scene.
