A 22-year-old Route 50 man was arrested for allegedly driving across nearly a dozen lawns in The Return development last month.
Garrett Jahoda of 443 Saratoga Road was charged Tuesday with 11 counts of criminal mischief for allegedly driving his pickup truck across the lawns of homes in the upscale housing development.
Police said he also drove his truck over lawns in other parts of the town.
The incidents occurred in the early morning hours of June 26. Although no one was injured, neighbors were upset to find their neatly manicured lawns damaged by deep tire tracks.
Police said they stopped Jahoda after observing his truck at a local convenience store. The truck was covered in mud and grass.
