Detectives have arrested the man they say shot into a house earlier this month.
They arrested Ab-Zeek Franklin, 20, of 4 Lakeshore Dr., Watervliet.
Franklin is accused of firing four rounds into 278 Second St. around 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 5. There were five people in the house at the time; no one was injured.
Franklin has been charged with reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor, and criminal possession of a weapon, a felony.
