A 24-year-old Brooklyn man has been charged with assault in connection with an Aug. 12 shooting on Littauer Place.
Police charged Tyquanne Madison, also known as “Turk,” of 704 E. 103rd St., with the felony after he was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service Thursday.
Madison is accused of shooting Codie Hayward, 23, of 16 Littauer Place in Gloversville. He was shot three times and was found lying at the intersection of East Fulton Street and Littauer Place. Police later arrested him on parole violation charges by the state Division of Parole.
Madison is in custody in Hartford, Conn., awaiting extradition.
