A 21-year-old Clifton Park man has been charged with felony predatory sexual assault of a child for allegedly engaging in sexual activity with a child less than 11 years of age, state police said today.
Eric W. Loeser was also charged with first-degree sexual abuse stemming from alleged incidents in 2010.
Loeser was arraigned before Town Justice James Hughes in Clifton Park Town Court and taken to the Saratoga County Jail with no bail. State police are asking anyone who may have information regarding Loeser to contact them at Clifton Park state police station, 383-8583.
