The number of pending sales for residential homes in September in the Capital Region declined 3 percent, compared to a year ago, according to the Greater Capital Association of Realtors.
Year-to-date pending sales are also down by 4 percent, compared to a year ago.
Pending sales by county:
• Albany: down 5 percent.
• Rensselaer: up 18 percent.
• Saratoga: no change.
• Schenectady: down 9 percent.
• Schoharie: up 31 percent.
• Montgomery: up 70 percent.
