Clifton Park hiker found dead in Catskills

State police say a 51-year-old Saratoga County man found dead on a trail in the Catskills died of natural causes.

The body of Paul Dodway of Clifton Park was found by another hiker on the Escarpment Trail in Greene County around noon Monday.

Dodway’s family had called police after he failed to return from a Sunday hike, and a search was under way when the hiker found the body.

State police say an autopsy today determined Dodway died of natural causes.
