A Waterford doctor faces another charge alleging that he inappropriately touched a patient.
Dr. Zahid Nazir, 43, of Latham had been arrested Tuesday for allegedly improperly touching a female patient in this Waterford office. He was charged with three counts of forcible touching and three counts of third-degree sexual abuse. Nazir was arrested again Wednesday evening on charges of forcible touching and third-degree sexual abuse after a second alleged victim made a complaint. He was arraigned in Waterford Town Court and was released on bail.
A third alleged victim has also come forward as police continue its investigation. Anyone who may have inappropriate contact with Nazir is asked to contact the Waterford Police Department at 237-3341.
