A sleeping man allegedly had his television stolen by a friend early this morning.
Police arrested Christopher Muzikar, 23, of 540 Madison Ave., after he was noticed walking on Sherman Street around 1:30 a.m. carrying a 48-inch flat screen television. After being stopped, he told police he had taken the television off the wall of a friend’s house on Elk Street while he was asleep.
Muzikar is charged with second-degree burglary and petty larceny. He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court this morning.
