National Grid says power has been restored to about 1,700 customers who list power this morning in Saratoga Springs.
National Grid spokesman Patrick Stella said the power went out in parts of the city after a third-party contractor working on Brook Road damaged an underground electric cable at about 10:30 a.m.
No injuries were reported.
